Goddesses

Below are the Goddesses I pratice under during rituals, some info on them and why I call envoke them during rituals. These are not the only Goddesses I envoke for spells. I also envoke Hera, Isis, and many others, but these are the ones I always envoke, regaurdless of the spell or ritual. I just seem to really click with these 2 Goddesses more then any others.

Aphrodite

There are 2 stories about her birth. Originally she was the daughter of Zeus and Dione, but latter Greek poetry says she sprung from the foam of the sea. She is the Goddesses of love and beauty. It was said that no one could resist, mortal or God. I envoke Aphrodite for love in my circle. I envoke her in spells to have her loving hand of guidence.

Athena

The story behind Athenas birth has to be my favorite. She was bore of Zeus alone. She sprang from Zeus head full grown and fully atired in armor. She is the Goddess of wisdom and protection. I call upon her in rituals for protection. I envoke her for wisdom in spells and also for protection.
